Our MindFlo program is ideal for those who want to overcome anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, and/or poor health, and general every-day stress that we're faced with in our lives.
Before commencing the MindFlo program, we offer an initial screening and assessment to determine whether this program is right for you. The program is claimable via HiCaps and/or Private Health, or Medicare (approx. 50% rebate). CALL US TO MAKE A BOOKING.

What is MindFlo?MindFlo is a comprehensive and fully claimable 12-week psychology-health program that combines evidence-based effective treatments such as cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), as well as state of the art therapeutic approaches including body work such as gentle yoga, meditation and relaxation training.
During the program you will learn and engage in mind, brain and body training that will help you change your relationship with the present moment, with your thoughts and feelings, with stressful experiences and ultimately with yourself.

MindFlo is structured to address three important areas of your health and life, namely 1) Yourself, 2) Relationships with others, and 3) Your environment. It consists of weekly therapeutic individual and group sessions led by our psychologist and delivered in an easy to understand format. Through the MindFlo program you will learn and explore innovative ways to help you heal, connect, learn and grow with direct support from our warm and caring psychologist.
MindFlo individual sessions (6 x 1 hour sessions, 1 per week)
MindFlo individual sessions are designed to equip you with the information and education to learn practical skills and strategies that enable awareness, insight, and positive change, and more effectively deal with the problems you are experiencing.
MindFlo group sessions (12 x 1.25 hour sessions, 1 per week)
MindFlo group sessions are designed to help you apply and continue developing the skills for cultivating a positive, healthy and resilient life in a supportive and relaxed environment. The group sessions also involve practicing relaxation and mindfulness techniques, gentle movement-based meditative practices like yoga, and other skills to help you feel stronger, and develop a sense of ease and calm in your body and mind.

We're here to help you create new and meaningful experiences to share, laugh and enjoy and that will inspire you to live your life to the fullest!
